Results with clear aligners depend on patient compliance. You’ll need to move through each set of aligners at regular intervals, as outlined in your treatment plan. And although you can remove the aligners for meals and special occasions, you’ll need to wear them for about 22 hours a day. This gentle, continuous pressure ensures your smile transforms as planned.

With consistent wear, most patients complete treatment in about 6 to 18 months before transitioning to a retainer. For the first three months, we recommend wearing your retainer at least 18 hours a day. After that, you can switch to wearing it only at night to maintain your results.
