The All-on-4 denture is a type of full-arch restoration supported by four dental implants: two placed in the front of the arch and two in the back. Once the implants are in place, a custom appliance (prosthesis) is attached.
Unlike snap-on dentures, the All-on-4 is secured with screws and cannot be removed by the patient. If removal or maintenance is needed, it must be done in the dental office. This provides patients with a fixed, stable solution that looks and functions much like natural teeth.
